Tommy B, we call him the Blue Man, is one of the newest additions to our Fun team and what an awesome addition he has been! He started with us as an in-water guide and photographer; but he just finished his Captain's course so he will be driving boats for us moving forward! We cannot tell you how great the feedback is from our guests when the 'Blue Man' Tommy B is on the scene!

Tom grew up in New York but spent many years in Southern Florida dreaming of having a job like this! This hard working man has done everything from brick laying and construction to mechanic work so he's handy to have around and feels blessed to drive a boat for a living now! He has a handsome baby boy that is one year old, and a beautiful daughter who is 9…they truly are his pride and joy! He may live in Florida now, but he is a diehard N.Y. Giants fan and enjoys hiking, camping and wood working in the little free-time that he has.

Tom's love for nature is what brought him around this way and he has a real passion for fulfilling the bucket list of his guests. He understand that many people dream of having this adventure, so he takes the responsibility of ensuring his people enjoy their manatee experience very seriously! He's been known to give children piggy back snorkel rides and is quickly becoming one of the finest photographers on staff. Those are the sort of things you can expect when someone takes a lot of pride in what they do!

When Tommy B retires, he hopes to travel the globe looking for adventures, but for today he feels like he's living the dream at Manatee Fun. Tom knows that when you love what you do, you never really work a day at all!
